The Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs - General Theory of Motivation for Sociology

In this paper we develop an idea of the famous humanist theory of hierarchy of needs Abraham Maslow. We see it as a general theory of needs and motivation. He is, according to our results in 1974 is a valuable tool for macrosociology. The author examines the theory of Maslow and adjusted, making it more general, separating NEEDS - its essential aspects that are common to all human history and (from) MOTIVES & ACTIVITIES - the specific historical and cultural aspects of human life and society.
Consistently working with the interpretation of the theory and its correction in the period 2002-2011 years, the author unexpectedly received a lot of new results, the value of which may be useful not only for him but also for the scientific community in the fields of psychology, sociology and history.
We have formed a new version of Maslow's hierarchy under the name-3, it clarifies the first two versions of Maslow and presented in the published in 2011, our book "Reconstruction of Maslow's theory" (September 2011). The most striking for us turned out to be the conclusion of self-esteem needs (in Maslow), which was estimated by us (2008) as a clear conscience or meet the needs of personal or social balance. It stands over creativity (selfactualisation), and it is feedback to the creativity. This version is given the work of 2014-2015, which is in preparation with the announcement of the page.
The first version of the essay "Pitcher of Maslow - psychology from the fear of pain to conscience" was published in March 2016 (628 p.).
The second edition of the book "Pitcher of Maslow - Psychology from Fear of Pain to Conscience" (706 p.) was published two years later. It represents the foundations of general psychology based on the paradigm of adaptation. It gives new definitions of psyche, information, need, hypothesis of the origin of will, consciousness, and language. States of fear of pain, creativity, and conscience are included in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, thus allowing the theory to be applied in social forecasting and history reconstruction. With inclusions of the innovations of the author (2002-2017), this theory has received the name MASLCHET that reflects its difference from the classical one.
